Service Description

Free to non members Tuesday & Thursday 6pm-7pm & Sunday 12pm- 2pm. These sessions does not have an instructor, so a great time to have a roll or do sparring with a friend. If you would like to support us as a thank you, a small donation can be made on the day. A 'walk-in form' MUST be filled in (only once!) for insurance purposes which we will keep on file.
