Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as "Thai boxing", is a martial art and combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.
This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.
Muay Thai is an integral part of MMA.
Our coaches are pro's and one competes internationally.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling is a martial art & combat sport based on ground fighting and submission holds.
It focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds. An integral skill for the MMA fighter.

SAMBO - COMBAT & SPORTS

Sport SAMBO or SAMBO wrestling is stylistically similar to old-time judo, and in a lot of ways influenced by it, but with some differences in rules, protocol, and uniform. SAMBO allows various types of leg locks like old Judo, while not allowing chokeholds. It also focuses on throwing, groundwork, and submissions, with very few restrictions on gripping and holds. SAMBO is an international style of amateur wrestling recognized by the FILA (now UWW) Congress in 1966.
SAMBO will be recognised as an Olympic Sport in 2024.

KRAV MAGA COURSE

Krav Maga is an Israeli self defence system, focusing on simplistic, easy to learn methods.
An 8 WEEK course addressing all the basics of Krav Maga, UK self defence law, phycology & physiology of Combat.
Certified course on completion.
2 hour long sessions 1pm - 3pm Sundays (next course starts on 6 March 2022)
